Equatorial Guinea: Chicken in Peanut Sauce

Equatorial Guinea is a small African country with not a lot of recipes online. At least not a lot that I could find. Google Translate proved to be essential and helpful in finding a recipe.

This was good! Creamy (due to the peanut butter) and savory and just all around tasty. I ate it over rice and it was a satisfying meal. I will gladly eat the leftovers!
