El Salvador: Chicken in White Wine

This is one of those recipes where it seems like everyone's got their own family version of it and there are slight variations all over the place. And they all sound good.
I went with this one because I really liked the overall look of the site and I could acquire all of the ingredients locally, if I didn't already have them in the house.
The recipe turned out wonderfully. It took some time and effort but it was worth it. I ate it with roasted potatoes and a salad and it was absolutely delicious. The buttery wine sauce is so so good. I absolutely would cook and eat this again!
