Dominica: Caribbean Reef Chicken

This chicken is sweet and sticky with a little bit of rum and a little hot sauce. And it is delicious! I ate it with yellow rice (and some veggies) and it paired really well with it. The ingredients were easy to find and it was fairly easy to make.
I would definitely make this again!
