(AKA Danish Pork Patties)
The temperatures are cooler and I've been craving comfort food.
This recipe would definitely fall into that category!
It's not difficult to make. You make some ground pork patties, dip them in egg, then bread crumbs, and then fry them in butter or oil. That's pretty much it. And they are tasty!
You could probably add all kinds of seasoning to the ground pork or use any kind of dried bread crumb coating and tailor it to your tastes.
I ate the karbonader with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was just a simple comfort food dinner.
I can definitely see myself eating this again on a cold wintry day!
