Cuba: Arroz con Pollo

Chicken and rice! Rice and chicken! Two great tastes that taste great together. One of my favorite food combos. And this was yummy!

I did bookmark a couple of other Cuban recipes that I want to try someday but I was just really feeling like chicken and rice today.

This was easy to make, I had the ingredients on hand, and it was filling and tasty. I would make it again!
