This was very similar to Kofta Challow (Afghanistan's recipe) which I loved and I loved this one too. Apparently, I really like meatballs with cilantro and tomatoes over rice.
Would I make this again? Yes, the ingredients are easy to find locally, it's a fairly easy meal to prepare and I really really liked it.
