This one felt like a familiar comfort food with potatoes, cabbage, and bacon and it was very good. It was also very easy for me to acquire all of the ingredients locally, which is a plus.
It didn't stand out as anything new or exotic but it was a pleasant and filling meal.
Would I make it again? I'm not sure. It's taste profile is so similar to other things that I make that I'd probably just do my own thing instead. There's nothing wrong with Trinxat, it's just not really anything new to me. But it's good!
